We are seeking a full time Registered Veterinary Technician with leadership experience to help us move our practice forward. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years clinical experience as a technician, and at least 2 years or leadership experience. As communication with clients is critical to providing the best patient care, the successful candidate will enjoy educating clients, answering questions about our services, and explaining treatment plans. Additionally, surgical experience will be critical, as we perform many different types of procedures each day.
Our technicians are responsible for ensuring hospital protocols and procedures are followed and training eager, but very “green” tech assistants. Our lead technician will ensure the hospital flow is maintained even during the most stressful of times, and will help to guide out technical staff through their training. A desire to share your knowledge will be critical to your success in this role. This is a position that will offer the right candidate room for career growth and satisfaction.
